Contract Review & Drafting

1. Description

We analyse your existing contracts or draft bespoke agreements, tailoring terms to your needs and mitigating legal risks under Spanish legislation.

2. Official Form

No public form: we provide a standardized Service Request Form to collect client requirements and contract details before beginning the review or drafting process.

3. Fee Model

Fees are based on complexity and length: initial review from €250, full drafting from €400. Payment via invoice; VAT and administrative fee (Modelo 303) apply.

4. Required Documentation

• Existing contract drafts (PDF or Word).
• Brief outlining parties, scope and key clauses.
• Any regulatory references or special provisions.

5. Key Requirements

• Clear description of the service or transaction.
• Identification and contact details of all parties.
• Specification of governing law and jurisdiction.
• Confirmation of necessary language(s) for the contract.
